    Rules for Alatskivi castle restaurant suites

    1) CHECK-IN

    • While checking-in customers are required to present valid photo identification (ID card, passport or driver’s licence), of which the administrator can make a copy.
    • While checking-in customers are required to fill in a check-in form.
    • While checking-in customers are required to pay for the rooms.
    • Customers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or disturb the other guests are not checked-in.
    • The suites are available for the guests from 14.00 to 18.00 on the arrival day.
    • In cases where a guest does not arrive before 18.00 and has not informed the hotel of a late arrival time, we retain the right to give the room away, unless the guest inform of their late arrival beforehand.

    2) SERVICES OFFRED BY THE CASTLE RESTAURANT Breakfast is served in Alatskivi Castle restaurant:

    • on weekdays from 07.00 – 10.00 (when informed beforehand breakfast can be served earlier)
    • at weekends from 08.00 – 10.00 (when informed beforehand breakfast can be served earlier)
    • Alatskivi Castle restaurant is open to all guests.
    • Food and drinks served in the suites cost extra. Stay in the suites:
    • Parking is free.
    • We are not responsible for the things left in the castle.
    • Guests have to behave in the suites in accordance with recognised good practice; otherwise we refuse to serve the guest in the future.
    • The property in suites is to be looked after by the guests.
    • Night rest is from 23.00 to 06.00.
    • Open fires are forbidden in the suites.
    • Smoking is forbidden in the suites and castle. When the rule is disregarded by the guest, they will pay a fine up to 200 € and we may refuse to serve the guest in the future.
    • Pets are allowed in the suites. They cost 20 € extra.
    • When leaving the castle the guests are asked to leave their key by the administrator.

    3) COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGED PROPERTY

    • We have the right to ask for compensation from the guest for damaged property.
    • The amount of the compensation is based on the cost of the damaged property and additional costs for repairing the damage.

    4) CHECK-OUT

    • Check-out is at 12.00. Later check-out must be arranged beforehand.
    • While checking-out the key is to be given to the administrator and all services have to be paid for.

    The rules apply to all guests.
